<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p>
<p>The General Manager will oversee all aspects of Pure Swing Golf’s operations, including staff leadership, customer experience, sales performance, scheduling, facility management, and business growth initiatives. This individual will serve as the operational leader of the facility and work closely with ownership to execute the company’s vision while maintaining the premium standards that define the Pure Swing Golf brand. The general manager will also give golf lessons and/or club fittings on a weekly to meet client demands. The ideal candidate is a strong leader, highly organized, customer-focused, and passionate about creating outstanding experiences. Golf industry experience is required.</p>
