The purpose of the PGA Associate position is to provide personalized service in a warm, friendly atmosphere to all members and guest of the Bay Hill Club. As a PGA Associate of the club, they will be trained in all areas of the golf operations, expected to work in these areas on a regular basis, and assist in training other employees in the outside areas of the golf operations. They will possess a comprehensive knowledge of the golf operations and will assist other employees to offer absolute member/guest satisfaction.
