Servers and Bartenders

At Matchplay Golf & Sports Lounge, we’re not your average sports bar or golf venue—we’re the ultimate playground where high-tech golf simulators meet top-shelf hospitality, epic game-day energy, and incredible food and drinks. With peak season right around the corner, we’re gearing up for high volume and expanding our roster! Whether our guests are swinging for the pin on a virtual Pebble Beach, catching the big game on the big screens, or unwinding with craft cocktails, you’re the MVP who makes the experience unforgettable.

We’re looking for experienced servers and bartenders who bring a genuine passion for hospitality and a love for golf. We need motivated, punctual self-starters who show up on time, stay eager to learn, and take pride in delivering exceptional service every shift. Whether you're a seasoned mixologist, a high-volume server, or a golf fanatic who knows how to work a room, if you've got drive, hustle, and a team-first attitude, we would love to meet you!!!
