CampClinic/Golf SchoolsClub RepairEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following;Provides assistance for members and guests in the Pro Shop.Organizes and coordinates golf leagues, outings and special events.Assists tee-time coordination.Assists in the maintenance of an accurate inventory.Marks and defines golf courses.Produces educational films for members and guests on the current technology.Performs club repair which includes grips, cut downs and epoxies.Communicates with members, co-workers, management and the general public in a courteous and professional manner.Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.Exhibits and maintains a professional demeanor to reflect a positive image of The Polo Club.Performs other duties as assigned by the First Assistant Senior Golf Professional.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Must have good customer service skills.Knowledge of golf merchandise is helpful.Requires responsibility and accountability.Requires good time/task management, and a positive and upbeat attitude.Requires proficiency with club repair tools such as a vice, grip knife and shaft cutter.Ability to verbally communicate well in English and in writing.Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.Ability to interact professionally and maintain effective working relationships with superiors, co-workers and members.Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.Supervisory Responsibilities:This job does not
