The Pro Shop Associate will be a team-player, provide superior customer service to all guests and members. This is a summer seasonal position that pays \$20.00/hour.
Responsibilities
Open and close the Pro ShopOperate cash register and appropriate software to reconcile daily tee sheets, performs check-in, and receive paymentsEnforces existing policies and regulations with support from the Golf Management teamResponsible for proactively interacting with guests and members to ensure an excellent experienceAnswer the phone, make tee times, and ensure a full deposit is collected for all daily play feesProvide information regarding various resort programs & activitiesEnsures all stock is out of storage and on the sales floorAssists with inventory count at the end of each monthAdditional duties as assignedRequirements
Actively pursuing a High School Degree or equivalent, requiredCustomer service focusedKnowledge of golf etiquette and playNice-to-haves
