Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and proactive Parking Attendant to support daily parking operations and ensure a smooth and welcoming arrival experience for members and guests.
This role requires a high level of professionalism, reliability, and presence. As one of the first and last points of contact at the Club, this individual is expected to consistently present themselves in a polished, courteous, and service-oriented manner while interacting with members and guests.
Schedule
Tuesday –Sundays | 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Seasonal, Part-Time Position
Key Responsibilities
Direct member and guest vehicles safely and efficiently into designated parking areas
Greet members and guests upon arrival and provide a welcoming, service-oriented experience
Assist with traffic flow during peak periods, events, and special functions
Provide shuttle services for members and staff as needed, ensuring safe and timely transport
Coordinate with team members on arrival and departure logistics to support overall operations
Monitor parking areas to maintain order, cleanliness, and safety
Assist members and guests with directions, unloading items, or general inquiries
Observe and report any safety concerns, incidents, or property issues promptly
Support event setup and breakdown related to parking and arrival operations
Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Club in a positive manner
Assist with additional operational needs as assigned
Please note that Glenmoor is currently undergoing a clubhouse renovation. During this time, team members may work in and around temporary facilities and outdoor service areas as we continue to deliver a high-quality member experience.
Compensation & Work Environment
$20–$22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Glenmoor Country Club is a non-tipping facility. Team members are compensated through hourly wages rather than gratuities.
Please note that Glenmoor is currently undergoing a clubhouse renovation.
Benefits (Seasonal Eligibility)
Sick pay up to 48 hours per year (accrued based on hours worked)
401(k) plan with employer match, subject to eligibility requirements (age, tenure, and hours worked)
Premium pay for holidays worked
Requirements:
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with members, guests, and team members
Dependable, punctual, and able to follow direction
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-traffic or busy environments
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Safety- and service-oriented mindset
Valid driver’s license required for duties involving shuttle service and operation of golf carts; must demonstrate safe driving practices when transporting members and staff
Prior hospitality, valet, or parking experience is a plus, but not required
