This position provides leadership to the professional staff, ensures exceptional member and guest experiences, and helps maintain the highest standards of service across two premier championship golf courses. The Lead Assistant plays a key role in tournament operations, merchandising, instruction, staff development, and daily operational execution while acting as the leader in the Head Golf Professional's absence.</p>
