Pro Shop Attendant

Description We are seeking a Pro Shop Attendant to join our team. This position will support management with the daily operations of the golf shop, including but not limited to handling point-of-sale (POS) transactions, booking tee time reservations, assisting members and guests, merchandising, and ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and contribute to delivering an exceptional golf experience.

WORK ENVIRONMENT Work indoors behind the Pro Shop counter 95% of the time and outside 5% of the time.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Present a professional operation as the first point of contact to any guest, including professional demeanor when answering phone callsOperate the tee time management and point of sales system through Agilysys GolfActively sell merchandise on the Pro Shop floorClean, stock, fold, hang and straighten the merchandise in the Pro ShopAdhere to all financial and Resort policies with regards to handling various payment methods used by guests and membersCommunicate tee time changes and necessary information to the Starter's tableAssist Outside Service Representatives as neededContribute to overall resort team effort by completing additional duties as assignedUnderstand and follow all Boar's Head standards and procedures according to Forbes Travel Guide Service Standards and AAA 4 Diamond Service ExpectationsAssist with duties of Outside Service Representative as needed Requirements Requirements Essential:• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, weekends and nights if needed.• Ability to learn how to operate the point of sales and tee time management systems.• Excellent customer service skills both in person and on the telephone.• Ability to work independently or as part of
