General Summary: General responsibility for all mowing, edging, raking and weedeating of Golf Course grounds.
Essential Job Functions:
● Mowing of general golf course areas including tees, greens, driving range, edging, and repairing ball marks and divots. Experience using Greens, Tee, Fairway, rough Mowers.
● Can drive/operate motorized carts
● Knowledge of golf and regulations -playing the game is helpful. Course Setup daily is a must.
● Knowledge of edger, weedeaters, mowers
● Maintain good communication between fellow employees, members and the public. Proper Attendance is non-negotiable
● follow and adhere to any and all instructions from Golf Course Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent
Essential Qualifications Requirement:
● Looking to learn about turf equipment
● Must have a valid Florida driver’s license
● Must be willing to work long hours in the sun, heat and inclement weather
● Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English
● Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
