The Dishwasher position at Trilogy at The Vineyards plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the club’s kitchen environment. This part-time role, offering a pay rate of $16.90 per hour, is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of the food and beverage services provided at the club. The individual in this position is responsible for cleaning and organizing kitchen equipment, utensils, and food service containers to uphold the highest standards of sanitation. Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Supervisor, this role demands a strong commitment to hygiene, food safety, and teamwork.
The dishwasher’s duties extend beyond simply washing dishes; the role involves maintaining a spotless dishwashing area, managing waste disposal, and supporting kitchen and banquet staff in various capacities. This includes tasks such as peeling vegetables, setting up banquet tables, and assisting with the loading and unloading of supplies. The position requires a high level of reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where safety and cleanliness are paramount. Candidates need to be self-motivated, able to work independently, and capable of managing several tasks simultaneously while maintaining positive communication with team members.
