</p><p><b><strong>Position Overview</strong></b></p><p>Fargo Country Club is seeking a driven, organized, and high-energy Director of Instruction to lead and elevate all aspects of player development within the club.</p><p>This role is designed for an individual who wants to build something meaningful.</p><p>You will own the entire instructional ecosystem at FCC, from junior development to adult Development</p><ul><li>Deliver high-level private instruction to members and guests</li><li>Build and maintain a robust personal lesson book</li><li>Design and implement long-term player development plans</li><li>Coach players across all skill levels, including high-performance golfers</li></ul><p> </p><p><b><strong>Program Development</strong></b></p><ul><li>Build and lead:</li><li><ul><li>Junior Academy</li><li>Adult clinics and group programming</li><li>Ladies and beginner programs</li><li>Pop-up and specialty clinics</li></ul></li><li>Create a clear pathway for golfer progression within the club</li><li>Continuously innovate programming to drive engagement</li></ul><p> </p><p><b><strong>Junior Golf Leadership</strong></b></p><ul><li>Oversee and elevate all junior camps and lesson instructors</li><li>Create a structured, fun, and competitive junior environment</li><li>Develop programs that retain and grow junior participation year-over-year</li></ul><p> </p><p><b><strong>Club Fitting & Equipment Integration</strong></b></p><ul><li>Conduct professional club fittings using top-tier OEM equipment</li><li>Integrate instruction with equipment to maximize player performance</li><li>Drive engagement through fitting events and demo experiences</li></ul><p> </p><p><b><strong>Member Engagement & Communication</strong></b></p><ul><li>Maintain consistent, proactive communication with members</li><li>Be visible, approachable, and present within the club environment</li><li>Deliver an experience that reflects FCC’s culture:<br />competitive, family-oriented, and high-end</li></ul><p><b><strong> </strong></b></p><p><b><strong>Compensation Structure</strong></b></p><ul><li>Fully commission-based (90/10 split, negotiable)</li><li>Bonus instructor.</p><p> </p><p><b><strong>Qualifications</strong></b></p><ul><li>Minimum 3+ years of instructional experience</li><li>PGA Membership preferred but not required</li><li>Strong understanding and experience with TrackMan technology</li><li>Proven ability to:</li><li><ul><li>Build relationships with members</li><li>Organize and execute programming</li><li>Communicate clearly and
