Overview Brews N Birdies is seeking an experienced, engaging Contracted Golf Instructor to provide private lessons at our state-of-the-art indoor golf simulator lounge. This is an independent contractor role ideal for a PGA Professional or highly skilled instructor who enjoys working with players of all abilities in a fun, social environment. Responsibilities Provide private instruction to patrons using simulator technologyAssess swing mechanics, ball flight data, and skill level to create personalized improvement plansDeliver clear, positive coaching for beginners through advanced playersPromote lesson packages and build a repeat client baseCoordinate scheduling with guests and managementMaintain a professional, welcoming presence in the facilityRequirements PGA/LPGA certification preferred (not required for highly qualified instructors)Proven teaching experience and strong knowledge of swing fundamentalsComfortable using launch monitor and simulator data for instructionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional demeanor and reliabilityAbility to work evenings and weekendsReliable transportation and the ability to work flexible hours as needed for lesson schedulingContract Details Independent contractor (1099) positionFlexible scheduling based on demandAccess to premium simulator bays and technologyOpportunity to grow a client base in a high-traffic venuePay: From $40.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discountFlexible scheduleWork Location: In person
