Position Overview Ideal candidates are highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented with at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, they have strong business aptitude and can strategize the entire food and beverage vision and process, down to following through on all hiring, training, supervising, planning, budgeting, and execution. Responsibilities

Daily management of the food and beverage department Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served Direct and assist with set-up, preparation and execution of banquets, parties, and special events Work closely with the Troon’ Marketing Team Members to develop and implement creative strategies to increase revenues Assist the General Manager in hiring
