Leads the formulation, interpretation, and communication of the overall direction, long-range vision and strategic guidelines, and ensures liaison between the overall strategic direction of BlueStar Resort & Golf with the strategic direction of the facility. Jointly responsible for the facility’s weekly financial performance together with the President of Resort & Golf Services – tracking, analysis and response, with focus on long-term and short-term performance and long‑term cost control programs. Fosters, develops and maintains effective working relationships with such external influences on the facility’s operations as major customers: suppliers: Municipal, County, State and Federal government officials: and investors. Participates in the review of marketing/branding strategies and implementation for the facility, and reviews the annual marketing plan.
