Greenskeeper
Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the superintendent or assistant superintendent, maintain gardens and lawns. Caring for and cultivating foliage including planting, fertilizing, weeding, watering, trimming and pruning, soil conditioning, mulching and applying pesticides. Ensuring pathways, stairs, outdoor seating and other structures are free of debris. Installing, repairing and irrigation systems. Operating and maintaining garden and landscaping equipment.

Groundskeeper
Job Summary:

Housekeeping Inspector
Job Summary:
Inspects all guest rooms daily to ensure cleanliness and assesses the condition according to established guidelines and standards as set by the Housekeeping Manager.

Sous Chef
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sous Chef to assist in the management of kitchen operations, which includes food production for all dining outlets. This position is responsible for managing a staff of 6-12 employees per shift in food production and cleaning, and reports directly to the Chef.
