Food and Beverage Server- Mount Vernon Country Club

Mount Vernon Country Club, located in Mount Vernon, Ohio, and managed by Bobby Jones Links, is hiring for Food and Beverage Servers. Mount Vernon Country Club was established in 1915 and is considered on of the premier private clubs in Central Ohio. Members enjoy a state-of-the-art athletic center, two pools, and fine dining in an exclusive environment. The well-appointed clubhouse is a popular event and wedding reception destination for members and their guests. Responsibilities of the Food and Beverage Server at Mount Vernon Country Club include: • Presents menus, answer questions, and makes menu recommendations • Utilizes the point of sales system and places orders with the kitchen. • Attends all applicable pre-meal meetings. • Advises supervisor of any complaints. • Responsible for cash handling and the accuracy of receipts at day's end. • Incorporates safe work practices and safe food handling standards. • Completes side-work (delivering racks of cups to the service station, rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, wiping tables and removing debris, etc). Required Skills • Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages (May vary by state) • Must have all certifications and licenses as required by local Health Department and Alcoholic Beverage Commission statutes • Ability to enforce company policies and laws and regulations regarding consumption of alcohol.
