Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender/Server to join our team at St Croix National Golf Event Center LLC. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with all state and local regulations. Your ultimate goal will be to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests, while also maximizing revenue for the business.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalentAt least 2 years of experience as a bartender or server Excellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysMust be at least 18 years of agePreferred Qualifications:

Certification in responsible alcohol serviceExperience with point-of-sale systemsKnowledge of wine and beer pairings helpfulAbility to create and execute specialty cocktailsResponsibilities:

You will also use your knowledge of beverage preparation and inventory management to ensure that the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Additionally, you will use your flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Your creativity and attention to detail will also be utilized in creating and executing specialty cocktails and event planning and coordination.
