Golf Shop Sales Associate

We are seeking a Golf Shop Sales Associate who will be responsible for providing exceptional service to members/guests while supporting the daily operations of the golf pro shop. This role includes retail sales, tee time management, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment within the golf shop. Some knowledge of Golf is highly preferred. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner • Manage tee sheets, check in golfers, and coordinate daily play • Process retail sales, including merchandise, guest fees, and golf services • Maintain accurate point-of-sale transactions and cash handling procedures • Assist with merchandising, stocking, and organizing shop displays • Answer phone calls and respond to member inquiries • Provide information on course conditions, tournaments, and club activities • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the golf shop at all times • Support tournament operations, including registration and scoring assistance • Work with golf pros and outside services staff to ensure seamless operations This position requires customer service experience, computer skills, and the ability to multitask. A flexible work schedule and golf knowledge is preferred. A current driver’s license is required. Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Work Location: In person
