Golf Course Superintendent

The Superintendent is responsible for the entire golf course, club grounds, and maintenance operation. Applicant must be a self-motivated problem solver and a team leader. Expertise in personnel management, scheduling, training, supervision and proven leadership is required. Ability to prioritize golf course needs and projects and complete in a timely manner.

The Golf Course Superintendent will work to create an environment where staff are involved and enthusiastic, with open communications and respect for themselves, other employees, members, guests, and Lincoln Elks Golf Club. The Golf Course Superintendent works closely with General Manager, Golf Shop, and Executive Committee to establish and meet desired goals and to provide golfers with an exceptional golf experience.
