Position Summary The Assistant Superintendent will work closely with the Superintendent to help lead daily golf course maintenance operations, staff supervision, and long-term turf health initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Assist in daily planning and execution of maintenance operations • Supervise, train, and motivate maintenance staff • Participate in chemical and fertilizer applications and recordkeeping • Monitor turf conditions and assist with agronomic decision-making • Support irrigation system operation, troubleshooting, and repairs • Assist with course setup and tournament preparation • Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
