GCM Greenskeeper

Job Summary: As greenskeeper you are responsible for the upkeep of the golf courses including all horticultural practices.

Responsibilities typically include raking bunkers, watering plants, repairing divots, trimming tee boxes, blowing leaves/debris, and mowing the course.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

mowing and trimming of turf maintaining cleanliness and safety of golf course planting and trimming of bushes/trees spreading mulch or pine straw raking bunkers blowing leaves/debris

Required Skills/Abilities:

A high attention to detail and awareness.

Ability to adequately understand and communicate in English.

Ability to work weekend mornings (every-other) and holidays (just morning).

Ability to use basic landscaping equipment and hand tools.

Ability to drive golf cart responsibly.

Ability to operate, or willingness to learn to operate, a manual shift utility vehicle responsibly.

Education and Experience:

Six months of landscaping experience

Physical Requirements:

Ability to frequently bend and lift.

Ability to work in all kinds of weather.

Carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, reaching, walking long distances.
