Golf Pro/Shift Lead

This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in golf operations while sharing your passion for the sport with others.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br />In your role as Golf Pro / Shift Lead, your responsibilities will include:</p> <ol> <li>Managing and coordinating events related to golf, axe throwing, and darts, with support from the facility</li> <li>Serving as a key holder, including performing all opening and closing duties</li> <li>Upholding all operational standards and regulations set by the facility</li> <li>Assisting with daily operations, including:</li> </ol> <ul> <li>Greeting guests and delivering excellent customer service</li> <li>Checking customers in and out</li> <li>Preparing and serving food and beverages</li> <li>Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the facility</li> </ul> <p>This role is a combination of instructional leadership and hands-on operational support, and success in this position requires engagement in both areas. We take pride in maintaining a clean, well-run environment and delivering a high-quality customer experience.</p> <p>You will also have the opportunity to create and manage clinics and events.
