Job Description:
Lead adidas Golf by managing sales, merchandising, and marketing objectives with key partners (Worldwide Golf, Nordstrom, Scheels, Big 5, Influencer, Military accounts) Represent the adidas Golf brand, build strong partnerships, and elevate brand presence in the United States Drive sales and account growth by analyzing, tracking, and evaluating booking performance and implementing strategic plans to achieve revenue and activation targets Lead financial and product forecasting functions; ensure accuracy and timeliness in monthly processes Execute omni-channel marketing and merchandising to deliver best-in-class brand representation and consumer experience across all channels Maximize marketing opportunities by leveraging PDP content, imagery, reviews, and promotional budgets to drive growth and visibility Build strategic partnerships: negotiate sales programs and policies, manage account marketing budgets, and establish key event calendars with partners Collaborate with Executive Team, Sales Leadership, US Marketing, Finance, Operations and Planning, Merchandise Teams, Customer Service, and AP/AR teams Travel as required (up to 40%) and manage physical product samples when necessaryRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field Minimum five years of field sales experience (preferred: national key account in golf or sporting goods) Sales experience in apparel or footwear industry preferred Proven ability to develop and maintain strong account relationships Advanced analytical skills to create and execute business plans Effective communication skills in both oral and written formats Experience handling complex negotiations and partnership conversations Strong understanding of retail sales reporting and key performance indicators Ability to travel up to 40 percent Ability to lift and carry samples or products up to 50 lbsBenefits:
