About the Role Our client, a premier golf club located in vibrant Raleigh, North Carolina , is seeking a seasoned and customer-focused Head Golf Professional . This key position is responsible for the overall management of the golf operations, including professional instruction, merchandising, tournament operations, and customer service. You will lead a team of golf professionals and staff, ensuring a high-quality experience for members and guests, and driving revenue growth for the golf department, contributing to the club's reputation as a top golfing destination in the region.

Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of daily golf operations, including tee time management, club repair, and locker room services. Develop and implement a comprehensive golf instruction program for all skill levels, including individual lessons and group clinics. Manage the golf shop inventory, purchasing, merchandising, and sales to maximize profitability. Plan, organize, and execute all club tournaments, leagues, and special golf events.

Supervise, train, and evaluate assistant golf professionals and golf shop staff. Provide exceptional customer service and foster strong relationships with members and guests. Requirements PGA Professional certification or equivalent required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in golf operations management. Proven experience in teaching golf and developing instructional programs. Strong knowledge of golf shop merchandising and inventory control.
