Outside Services

### **Overview** The outside services staff assists everyone associated with the outside golf operation as well as the professional staff in the management of day-to-day golf operations of the facility. All duties of the position shall be performed with a commitment to the highest level of member and guest service with a focus on total customer satisfaction. **This position coordinates with:** - Head golf professional - Shop staff - Outside services - Caddie manager - Golf course maintenance ### **Experience Required** The Outside Services staff members must meet the below requirements: - Valid state issued driver’s license - Meet all federal and state employment eligibility guidelines - Must be able to stand on their feet for extended periods of time - Must be able to lift and or carry items that are at most 50 pounds ### **Essential Responsibilities** The Outside Services job duties include but are not limited to: - Assist with and complete all opening and closing procedures as outlined by management staff - Assist fellow teammates to ensure the highest quality of member and guest service - Greet all members and guests by name and in a professional manner - Assist with golf car fleet management to include proper cleaning, charging and maintenance practices - Store golf bags in the correct bag stall in the bag room - Load golf bags into staging area for daily play or tournaments - Stage golf cars in the golf staging area in an organized manner - Retrieve bags from bag drop and stage golf clubs properly - Assist starters and rangers with on course assistance - Manage the practice areas (warm-up range, short game area) - Greet members and guests as they return to the staging area after golf along with the cleaning of clubs - Maintain a clean and organized workspace - Proactively manage daily workflow to maximize productivity - Study the event calendar/tee sheet to be able to communicate details with members and guests - Conduct oneself in a professional manner and always maintain a professional image ### **Benefits** - Staff Uniforms provided - - Meals while on duty - - Golf privileges - - Eligible for employee holiday bonus
