Duties Maintain and improve the health and appearance of greens, fairways, tees, and roughs through mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and topdressing Operate groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, chainsaws, power tools, irrigation systems, and landscaping machinery with safety and precision Perform landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, fertilizing, weed control, and pest management to promote healthy turf and plant life Conduct manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of soil, turf rolls, or landscaping materials while adhering to safety protocols Maintain equipment through routine cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and minor repairs to ensure reliable operation Requirements Proven experience in golf course groundskeeping or athletic field groundskeeping with knowledge of turf management practices Skilled in landscape maintenance techniques including gardening, lawn care, planting, pruning, and pest control Ability to operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, trimmers, blowers and power tools safely and efficiently Knowledge of power tool safety standards and equipment maintenance procedures Physical fitness to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting and prolonged outdoor work in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of course quality Join us in creating an outstanding golfing environment by applying your skills in groundskeeping excellence!
