Job SummaryAt Gimme's, we deliver more than great food and drinks-we create an unforgettable indoor golf experience. Golf Attendants are the front line of that experience, ensuring our simulators, clubs, and bays are always guest-ready. This role blends hospitality and golf operations: from flipping bays and keeping equipment in top shape, to bussing tables and checking in with players to make sure their time at Gimme's is second to none.
Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):Deliver exceptional service to all guests, creating a welcoming and energetic environment.
Maintain golf simulators and bays, ensuring they are clean, reset, and guest-ready between reservations.
Manage and organize golf clubs, balls, and other equipment; track usage and report issues promptly.
Assist guests with basic simulator troubleshooting and gameplay questions.
Support service staff by bussing tables, refilling waters, and running food and beverages when needed.
Proactively check in with guests during their session to confirm satisfaction and address concerns quickly.
Uphold cleanliness standards throughout simulator areas, common spaces, and service stations.
Provide tours and assist in promoting Gimme's offerings (simulators, leagues, memberships, events).
Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
Communicate effectively with both FOH and BOH teams to maintain smooth operations.
