18-hole executive courseUnder 30k rounds annuallyGreens (Bent/poa – 2.5 Acres), Tees, Fairways and Apps (Bent) – 8 acresEducation and Experience Requirements
5+ Years of golf course management experience required with progressing responsibilityAssociate’s degree or Certificate in AgronomyGCSAA membership in good standingKnowledge of local and federal Regulatory Compliance associated with golf course managementKnowledge of maintaining budgets and effectively managing the crewStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHighly organized, motivated and efficient with a strong attention to detailCommunication and interpersonal skills are criticalPriority focus on daily setup, moisture management and playabilityMust obtain a New Jersey Commercial Pesticide License within 60 days of hire.Previous supervisory experience is required but qualified assistant superintendents will be strongly consideredStrong focus on irrigation system managementOther Considerations
