We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Manager to oversee and maintain the beauty and health of all landscaped areas across club properties and private residences. Position Summary: The Landscape Manager is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing the care and maintenance of all landscaped areas, including ornamental plantings and outdoor environments. This role also oversees a small crew and ensures high standards of presentation and horticultural health are consistently met. Key Responsibilities: Manage the maintenance and care of landscaped areas across all club properties and affiliated private homesSupervise and lead a 2–3 person landscape crew, including scheduling, training, and daily task delegationPlan and execute seasonal planting, pruning, fertilization, irrigation, and pest management programsMonitor plant health and soil conditions; implement corrective actions as neededMaintain high aesthetic standards consistent with the club’s reputationOperate and oversee the use of landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficientlyCoordinate with club leadership on special projects, improvements, and landscape enhancementsEnsure compliance with all safety and environmental regulationsQualifications: 3+ years of experience in landscape management or horticulturePrior supervisory or crew leadership experience preferredStrong knowledge of plant care and seasonal landscaping practicesAbility to operate landscaping equipment and manage basic irrigation systemsDetail-oriented with a strong commitment to qualityValid driver’s license requiredWork Environment: Outdoor work in varying weather conditionsPhysical activity including lifting, bending, and extended periods of standing/walkingPay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWork Location: In person
