About the position Under the direction and supervision of the Golf Course Manager and Food and Beverage Manager, the Beverage Cart and Concession Bartending staff are primarily responsible for serving food and beverages on and off course to our guests. Responsibilities Performs food and beverage functions on and off courseResponsible for proper payment and day end balanceMonitor alcohol consumption for guest safetyChecks I.D.’s to establish legal drinking ageRelate to the public in a polite and professional mannerPrepare and serve foodRestock items as neededAssure that equipment is operable and clean each shiftMaintain cleanliness utilizing sanitation proceduresComplete inventory of productMust show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.Responsible for recognizing guests that are visibly intoxicated and taking action to cut off alcohol to such individuals.Requirements High School education or equivalent (GED)Must be 21 years of age or older.Food Handlers Certification must be obtained upon hireOn Premise Bassett training must be obtained upon hire
