Monday-Friday 5:30AM-2:00PM (Must be open to working weekends)
This position requires a genuine interest in golf and a love for the outdoors with a passion for agronomy & attention to detail. The Greenskeeper will play an integral role in the success of the club. Perform mowing of rough and fairway areas according to designated cutting specifications, ensuring no damage is incurred to turf, flowers, trees, or shrubs.
Utilize hand mowers, walk-behind power mowers, and/or Triplex equipment to cut turf on green and tee areas.Participate in the planting, trimming, and pruning of shrubs using trimmers, gas blowers, hedge trimmers, and other relevant equipment as necessary.Conduct renovation of worn and damaged turf as needed.Attend maintenance staff and safety meetings as required.Fulfill various duties assigned by Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent or Greenskeeper Foreman to ensure the smooth operation of the golf course maintenance activities.
