The Club at Five Oaks – Lebanon, TN The Club at Five Oaks, one of Middle Tennessee’s fastest-growing private country clubs, is seeking an experienced and energetic Tennis Professional / Instructor (Independent Contractor) to lead and expand our racquet sports programming. With newly renovated tennis and pickleball facilities, this is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of our growing racquet sports community. About the Role As a contracted Tennis Professional, you will deliver high-quality tennis and pickleball instruction to members and their guests, build engaging programs, and support an active and welcoming racquet culture. This position offers flexibility, independence, and strong earning potential for a motivated professional. Responsibilities • Provide private and group lessons for adults and juniors in tennis and pickleball. • Organize and conduct clinics, camps, drills, and seasonal programs. • Assist with leagues, mixers, tournaments, and member events. • Promote racquet sports and foster an inclusive, enthusiastic member experience. • Collaborate with club management to grow participation and enhance programming. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Tennis Professional, Instructor, or Coach (country club or private club experience preferred). • USPTA, PTR, or equivalent certification strongly preferred. • Strong knowledge of both tennis and pickleball instruction. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Professional, reliable, and enthusiastic about growing racquet sports.
