About the Role
Five Iron Golf in Port Chester is looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable individuals to join our team as Hosts. We are specifically seeking candidates with weekend availability who enjoy working in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.
As a Host, you will be one of the first points of contact for guests and play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience from the moment they walk through the door.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
Manage reservations, seating, and guest flow throughout the venue
Assist guests with check-in and simulator bay assignments
Answer guest questions and provide general venue information
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and front areas
Support the service team to ensure smooth operations
Provide friendly, attentive, and professional customer service at all times
Qualifications
Weekend availability is required
Previous hosting, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Dependable, professional, and outgoing
Golf knowledge is a plus, but not required
