About the position

Red Ledges Golf Club, located in Heber City, UT, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Community Greeter! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

We are a private, four-season luxury community, in a special setting near the foothills of Utah’s amazing Wasatch Mountain range. It’s minutes from Park City. It’s a quick drive to Salt Lake’s International airport connecting amazing golf, skiing, cinema and adventures to those who travel the planet. And mostly though, it’s home to a region where people love their surroundings and relish their time outdoors being active and alive.

Responsibilities

Warmly greet members, guests and other visitors arriving at Red Ledges with a smile and positive attitudeProvide courteous, efficient and genuine service to everyoneEnsure all authorized people are granted access to the property and kindly assist those that do not have the proper credentialsGreet, assist and interact with a variety of people, including, employees, members, guests, contractors, and vendorsAnswer phone calls and respond to email in a friendly and timely manorEnsure that daily administrative documentation is kept concise and professional at all timesTake pride and care in maintaining the office, all equipment usedLock and unlock facilities as neededObserve and report various items related to safety and securityAssist with events, projects, parking, signage and other items as needed to help the Community, the Club, Sales and our membersRequirements

We are looking for friendly, warm and caring people to provide genuine customer service to everyone at Red LedgesExcellent communication skillsEfficient at multi-taskingComfortable working alone while being a great team playerAbility to remain calm under pressureProficient in using a variety of computer programs, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and willing to learn othersAbility to write daily shift reportsFlexible schedule, which includes working early morning, evening, holidays and weekendsNice-to-haves

Prefer experience in a forward-facing, customer service positionPrefer candidate to have experience in luxury hospitality, or luxury environmentBenefits
