Bartenders/Servers
Responsibilities
Always maintain a professional appearance.
Maintains the sanitation and cleanliness of the bar area.
Collects payment for drinks served.
Greets and provides immediate attention to guests.
Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service.
Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned.
Adheres to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests.
Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
TIPS CERTIFIED
Education and Experience Requirements
Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law.
Working knowledge of beer, wine and liquor and common drink recipes strong customer/guest orientation
Organized, able to work well in fast paced environment.
Must have effective communication and people skills.
Must be dependable.
Competitive hourly wage with gratuity.
