Bar & Golf Operations Manager

Overview As Bar & Golf Operations Manager, you’ll lead the daily operations of bar and golf services, creating a welcoming, well-coordinated experience for guests. You’ll guide staff, manage shifts, support events, and keep service standards, budgets, and operational needs on track.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily hospitality operations, including bar, golf, guest services, and customer service.

Lead team management, staff supervision, shift management, and scheduling; communicate expectations and support consistent service.

Coordinate events and event venue operations, drawing on event management and nightclub, restaurant, or resort experience where relevant.

Monitor budgets and cash handling; prepare clear reports and use Microsoft Office and other technical tools to support operational decisions.

Address guest concerns, make sound managerial decisions, and maintain readiness to respond to incidents, including applying first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) when qualified.

Requirements

Demonstrated leadership, management, supervising experience, and managerial communication skills.

Experience in operations management or operational management; assistant manager experience is helpful.

Hospitality, customer service, or guest services experience; event venue, events management, nightclub, restaurant, or resort experience is preferred.

Ability to manage teams and shifts, oversee budgets and cash handling, and write clear reports.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant operational technology; current first aid and CPR credentials are preferred.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per week
