Server Support Staff

North Shore Golf Club, a premier private member-owned club on the beautiful north shore of Lake Winnebago, is seeking polished, professional Servers to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional, personalized dining experiences in an elegant lakeside setting with stunning views and exciting new pool and Lake House amenities.

Duties

Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently and discreetly between courses and after guests departAssist servers by running food, beverages, water, bread, and other support items from the kitchen or service stationsKeep water glasses filled and remove empty plates, glassware, and debris throughout the mealMaintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, side stations, and surrounding areasPolish silverware, glassware, and china; restock clean items as neededStock and maintain service stations with linens, silverware, glassware, condiments, ice, and other necessary suppliesAssist with proper table settings according to Club standards (including place settings, centerpieces, and linens)Sweep, spot-mop, and clean spills in the dining areas promptlySupport banquet and event setup and breakdown, including moving tables, chairs, and service equipmentAssist with outdoor patio service when weather and events requireHelp with coffee, tea, and non-alcoholic beverage service as directedRemove trash and maintain overall cleanliness of the service areas throughout the shiftPerform side work, polishing, and closing duties thoroughly at the end of each shiftWork collaboratively with servers, culinary, and other service team members to ensure smooth, seamless operationsUphold high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and professionalism at all timesSupport Club events, weddings, banquets, and member functions as neededAdhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standardsAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the service scheduleBenefits
