As an Employee Owned business we’re looking to grow our team with a driven Outbound Sales Representative ready to make an immediate impact. About the Role: Standard Golf is looking for an outgoing and motivated Part-Time Outbound Sales Representative to help grow our custom products business. Connect with golf course professionals and general managers across the country to promote and sell custom golf flags and custom tee markers. You'll make outbound calls, develop relationships, follow up on opportunities, and help customers bring their custom ideas to life.

What You'll Do

Make outbound calls to golf courses and clubs Promote and sell custom flags and tee markers Develop relationships with golf professionals and general managers Follow up on leads, quotes, and sales opportunities Work with our team to move custom projects from idea to order

What We're Looking For

Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking with customers on the phone Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and comfortable working toward sales goals Sales or customer service experience is a plus Experience with graphic design, artwork, printing, promotional products, or custom products is a plus Golf knowledge is helpful, but not required

Part-time to start, Tuesday-Thursday. Hourly base pay plus commission and sales incentives (SPIFFs) based on performance.
