The Food and Beverage Manager role at Ruffled Feathers Golf Club is a key leadership position responsible for the overall management and success of the club's food and beverage operations. This role also involves strategic planning—creating and implementing short and long-term operational and financial plans that drive quality improvements and enhance profitability in the food and beverage department. Additionally, they will uphold compliance with national programs such as the Core Beverage Program, Menu Program, Approved Product List, and Beverage Cartender program to maintain consistent standards throughout the operation.
Ideal candidates will bring prior food and beverage or chef leadership experience, combined with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $40,000 to $125,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
