The Evanston Golf Club in Skokie is Hiring! We are looking for to fill the following Part Time and Full-Time positions. Restaurant/Ala Carte Dining Servers and Bussers Evanston Golf Club is a private club located in Skokie. We are looking for dedicated hospitality professionals that will drive the excellent service provided to our members and their guests. Duties and Responsibilities: • Greets members and guests and takes food orders; provides information about menus; looks for opportunity to provide extraordinary service to members. • Operates POS System and charges transactions to correct member house accounts. • Expedites and or delivers food & drink orders table side. • Clean and sanitizes member-dining areas. • Cleans and stocks work area. • Assists in the setup of rooms and bars for events. • Maintains a professional and friendly appearance. • Completes any other assignments provided by management. Qualifications/Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner. • Requires the ability to bend, twist, and stand to preform normal job functions. • Requires the ability to speak read and comprehend instructions, short. correspondence and policy documents. • Customer Service experience preferred. • Ability to lift at least 20 lbs. (food trays, garbage bags, misc. stock items). • Work is preformed both indoors and outdoors in all kinds of weather. • Ability to work in standing position for long periods. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $15.00 to $25.00 /hour plus shares of tip pool generated form an automatic service charge applied to all food and beverage sales.
