Overview
Country Club of New Bedford is a Private Golf Club in Dartmouth, Massachusetts. We are looking for a team player to join our team for the Fall 2026 season and maybe years to come. Dartmouth is a great place to live and close to the home of Titleist.
The club does 32,000 rounds for the peak months in New England. Our position is perfect for an exceptional professional or a new associate trying to break into the business. Dependability is a must, as well as adaptability and the candidate must bring a high level of customer service to the counter and outside operation.
Experience Required
*Candidate must have entered the PGA program, have the desire to or carry a 5 handicap or lower.
*Stand for long periods of time.
*High School Graduate.
*Must want to live in New England for 6 or 7 months.
*2 years of experinece working in a shop shop or outside opersations.
Essential Responsibilities
*Manage a no tee time tee sheet.
*Must have excellent customer service skills.
*Answering the phone and multtasking.
*Opening and Closing procedures, including cleaning and vaccum the golf shop floor.
*Knows how to run Golf Genius, and able to help with Events and League play on Tuesday nights.
*Club Repair.
*Serving as a Ranger periodically.
*Helping with Clinics/Teaching for qualified individuals.
