<p>Our Golf Operation is a high-performing, service-focused team committed to delivering an exceptional experience for members and guests. The golf team manages all aspects of daily operations with a focus on leadership, hospitality, and continuous improvement—ensuring every detail reflects Forest Creek’s standards of quality and community.</p>
<p>As our Assistant Golf Professional, you will support our golf operations with excellence. This role calls for a coachable self-starter who has a love for golf, operations and service. As a key figure in the golf department, our Assistant Golf Professionals assist the Golf Leadership team to oversee daily operations, support strategic initiatives, and step in seamlessly to support leadership in their absence. We expect the ideal candidate to learn and grow in this role over time, with support from the Leadership team to assist the candidate in achieving their long-term career goals.</p>
