Golf Course Maintenance Crew Member / Equipment Operator

Deercreek Country Club is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Golf Course Maintenance Team. This position performs a variety of golf course maintenance tasks, including operating equipment, landscaping, and general grounds maintenance to support daily course conditions. Essential Responsibilities Operate golf course maintenance equipment, including mowers, utility vehicles, trimmers, blowers, and other turf equipment.Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and general landscape maintenance.Assist with bunker maintenance, including raking and edging.Help with irrigation repairs and watering as needed.Participate in course setup activities, including changing cups, tee markers, and signage.Assist with planting, mulching, sodding, and seasonal projects.Remove debris and maintain a clean, safe golf course environment.Follow all safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines.Perform other duties as assigned by the Golf Course Superintendent or management team.Qualifications Previous golf course, landscaping, groundskeeping, construction, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required.Ability to safely operate equipment or willingness to learn.Strong work ethic and attention to detail.Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWork Location: In person
