You'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional on-court experience for our members and guests by keeping our world-class tennis and pickleball facilities in top condition every single day.
This is a hands-on, active role where no two days are exactly the same. You'll work alongside a supportive team in a beautiful club environment, with perks that make this more than just a job.
What You'll Do:
Perform daily court maintenance including blowing debris, brushing surfaces, cleaning courts, and monitoring line and court conditions
Set up and break down nets and equipment for play
Conduct daily court inspections and proactively address maintenance issues
Perform minor repairs on fencing, windscreens, benches, and equipment
Safely operate maintenance tools and keep storage areas clean and organized
Support staff and members with facility needs as they arise
Requirements:
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions — rain or shine, you show up
Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
Physically capable of performing labor-intensive tasks and lifting up to 50 lbs
Basic knowledge of tools and equipment
Experience in court maintenance, groundskeeping, or landscaping is a strong plus
Team player with a positive, service-minded attitude
Weekend availability required (Mondays off)
