Outside Operations Attendant
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and service-oriented Outside Operations Attendant to support daily golf operations and deliver an exceptional experience for our members and guests. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of our golf cart fleet, practice facilities, and overall outside operations.
Key Responsibilities
Complete daily opening and closing duties in accordance with established checklistsMaintain a fully stocked valet station with clean, ready-to-use golf cartsFollow all golf cart cleaning and maintenance procedures to ensure quality and consistencyManage Toptracer Range operations, including:Picking and cleaning golf ballsEnsuring the Pro Shop maintains a supply of range ballsKeep the cart barn and surrounding areas clean, organized, and presentableDeliver golf carts and scooters to the course as neededProvide outstanding customer service by anticipating and responding to guest and member needsAssist Valet, Starter, and Toptracer Range Attendant staff as neededMaintain clear, professional communication with inside staff and team membersPerform additional duties as assigned by managementQualifications
