Essential Responsibilities Job Description:
In charge of the day to day operation of the golf shop and clubhouse. (Most days the pro is the only person working until 3 or 4 pm)
In charge of the cart operation.
General Manager of the entire facility so everyone reports to the pro.
Responsible for payroll, including monthly ending, quarter ending, and year ending reports. (We are in the process of possibly hiring someone for this portion)
Responsible for finances including day ending, month ending, and yearly reporting.
Attend monthly board meetings.
In charge of couples league and work with one other on men's leagues.
In charge of all ordering for pro shop, snack bar, bar, and kitchen.
In charge of handicaps.
In charge of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Possible increase in pay for establishing a Junior Program.
Possible increase in pay for enlisting new members.
