WHAT YOU'LL DO Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Assist with food preparation and station organization Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation of all dishes Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department standards Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation Work collaboratively with chefs and fellow team members Assist with inventory, stocking, and kitchen organization Help create exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 3+ years of professional cooking experience preferred Strong understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a professional culinary team PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Standing and walking for extended periods Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive motions Ability to work in varying kitchen temperatures Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination necessary for food preparation HOW TO APPLY Whether you're an experienced cook looking to continue growing your craft or someone seeking a positive kitchen culture in an incredible mountain setting, we'd love to meet you.
