Be part of the celebrations and holiday traditions that bring our members and their families together. The Country Club of Little Rock is seeking seasonal banquet staff to help prepare and carry out a busy season of holiday parties, family gatherings, and special events.

Founded in 1902, CCLR is one of the South’s premier private clubs, with a proud history of Southern hospitality and exceptional service. Our banquet team plays an essential role in that tradition—from carefully setting each table to serving guests and preparing the room for the next celebration.

This is an active, hands-on role for people who are dependable, take pride in their work, and enjoy contributing to a team.

What You’ll Do

Set up event spaces, including tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and service areas. Serve food and beverages with courtesy, professionalism, and attention to detail. Clear tables and keep event spaces clean and organized throughout service. Break down rooms after events and properly store equipment and supplies. Reset spaces for the next function, often supporting multiple events in a day. Follow direction from banquet leadership and work closely with the culinary and service teams.

What We’re Looking For

Dependability, punctuality, and follow-through on scheduled shifts. A positive attitude and willingness to help teammates. Attention to detail and care for how event spaces look and function. Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and follow Club service standards. Professional appearance and respectful communication with members, guests, and coworkers. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holiday event shifts. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform the lifting and carrying involved in event setup and breakdown.

Banquet, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred, but we will train dependable candidates who are eager to learn.
