Where: Queen Creek, 45 minutes from downtown Phoenix & Scottsdale, Arizona Pay: $21-$23 per hour POSITION OVERVIEW As a member of the Golf Operations Team, the Lead Golf Instructor develops and directs the instructional golf programs for BlueStar Resort & Golf facilities and develops golf professionals and apprentices, striving to model excellence within the golf industry. This position is responsible for developing marketing strategies and creating positive member, community, and media relations—meeting or exceeding established standards for employee and guest satisfaction, sales, and financial performance. This position reports to the Director of Golf. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Communicate the core values and mission of BlueStar Resort & Golf (BSRG) to support the achievement of company goals. Collaborate with the Director of Golf and Vice President of Golf to design instructional programs for all BSRG facilities. Management of a personal care group of allocated golfers responsible for their participation. Identify potential new members or golfers associated with the care group. Maintain a tracking sheet for each community resident of the care group ensuring that each receives at least one personal contact once per quarter. Create a player development program to foster a competitive environment, and provide career guidance for aspiring youth.
