Golf Pro Shop Attendant

Northampton Valley Country Club (NVCC) in Richboro PA is now hiring for the position of Pro Shop Attendant. NVCC is an EOE. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to our golfers. • *Key Responsibilities of the Pro Shop Attendant:** • Performs opening and closing procedures for the shop • Responsible for accountability of all Member and Guest sales transactions • Make tee time reservations • May work with guest services and club management to facilitate starting times and play on the golf course • Assist as needed with member events and outside tournaments • Spread goodwill among all patrons • Warmly welcome each patron • Input customers into the computer • Answer telephones • Sell merchandise to customers • Re-stock merchandise • Provide the highest possible level of service at all times • Perform all duties as prescribed by immediate supervisor • *Minimum Qualifications for the Pro Shop Attendant:** • Well groomed • Enthusiastic demeanor • Customer oriented • Golf Knowledge • Willing to comply to dress code • Must have strong sales skills • Merchandising and golf equipment knowledge a plus • Must be 18 years or older • Apply in person at the Pro Shop or call 215-355-2234 Option 1 to request an email application. • *Other Qualifications:** • Regular and reliable attendance. • Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. • Computer Skills - POS, Microsoft This is a seasonal position with approximately 30 hours per week.
